This Privacy Policy covers HAWO's treatment of personal or personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that may be collected when you are on the HelpAWinery.com website, and when you use the services of HelpAWinery.com. If you become a HAWO Trade member, we will create an account for you, at HelpAWinery.com, which will contain your name, e-mail, and other identifying information. This information will be displayed on our emails we send out to the Members listing your request for information. HAWO may also collect Personal Information from your usage of the HelpAWinery.com website. If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website and read the information contained on the Web pages, we may gather certain information about your visit automatically, such as your IP address, the date and time you access a given page, and the pages you visit. We use cookies to identify return users, so that they need not log in each time they arrive.
We use data collection devices such as cookies on certain pages of our Websites. "Cookies"are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. If you are a Member, we use your email address to send you our email listing of requests for information and may also let you know of information relating to HAWO.

HAWO will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any individual, business, or government entity.
HAWO will share your Personal Information with other entities if HAWO is required to respond to court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process. HAWO may also use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens HelpAWinery.com's users or otherwise violates the Terms of Use agreement.
HelpAWinery.com's servers automatically gather information about which pages are visited within the HelpAWinery.com site. HelpAWinery does not use that information except in the aggregate. 6. Your Use of Trade Member's Information
Our services to our members include postings of Sample Queries. Some contain our Trade member's contact information. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that, with respect to other member's personally identifiable information that you obtain through the services, Capozzi Winery, LLC hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) HAWO's related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, that is, responses to the specific Request for Information and (b) any other purpose to which such member expressly agrees. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Privacy Policy, may you disclose personally identifiable information or confidential information about another member (including Trade Members) to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other member. Capozzi Winery, LLC and our HAWO members do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a HAWO member to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure. 7. Security
Capozzi Winery, LLC uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information. Capozzi Winery, LLC treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by others inside and outside the company. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the internet.

We restrict access to nonpublic information to people on the HAWO team who need to access that information in order to provide HelpAWinery.com service to you.

Under HelpAWinery.com's Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold HelpAWinery.com and HelpAWinery, its, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from any claims, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the customer's use or misuse of the service which damages HAWO, HelpAWinery.com, its officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as any user, or another party.
10. Amendments
HAWO will keep this policy current and reserves the right to change this policy at any time by amending the content of this Statement. HAWO will post a notice of changes on the HelpAWinery.com website, when and if the policy is amended. This Statement and the policies expressed herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any customer, user, or other third party.
